Scaling your team: Updates database

Using both database templates and advanced properties, you can create a useful team updates database. Here are some things to keep in mind when creating a template:

• Use a Created by and Created time property.

• Make sure to include header sections that your cross-functional will be interested in.

  • You can also add specific instructions to each section for the person filling out the template.

• Include a synced block from other relevant documents so your templates will always be up to date.
