Features for this template include:

1. Account Balances
Table for tracking how much is in a banking account. Options for checking, savings, or credit card.

2. Transaction History
This table is where you will track any money moving in or out of your accounts: expenses, deposits, moving money into investments, etc.

3. Monthly Summaries
Monthly summaries provide a quick view into what your spending habits looked like for a given month. Includes a section for income, expenses, saved, and invested.

4. Budgeting
Each transaction category has the option to add a budget. There are columns to show your monthly spending for a given category, an average amount spent per category, and if the projected budget is too high or low based on that average.

5. Savings Buckets
A rollup table shows how much money you have in all of your savings accounts combined and allows you to divide that money, freely, between various savings goals (i.e. “buckets”). If you include a deadline on the goal, you can see how much you should save per paycheck in order to meet that goal by said deadline.

6. Asset Value Tracking
If you have accounts or assets that are not managed in this template, you have the option to manually input balances for those. For example, if you have a 401k, an HSA, or own a home, you can add it as an asset and manually input its value to be included in your portfolio.
There is the option to track an asset’s value over time and create custom periods (Ex: Q1, January, 2024, etc.) to see the asset’s highest and lowest values as well as the overall growth during that period.

7. Bill Reminders
A table for recurring bills tells you when to expect the next, based on a frequency of either Monthly or Annually. The table also includes an average cost for a given bill.

8. Next Paycheck Calculator
Always know when you’re getting paid next with this feature. Set your paycheck frequency from a few select options and, using the date of your last paycheck, it will determine when you can expect your next.

9. Credit Score Tracking
Keep track of your credit score over time with this database.

10. Date Last Updated
To motivate you to keep your finances up-to-date, this table serves as a reminder to update your data.
