Time blocking is scheduling specific tasks based on a block of time rather than a lengthy to-do list that never has an end or specification. Create multiple days or even an updating day and plug in what you would like to accomplish within the given blocks of time throughout the day. It aids production and allows for the best awareness and use of time! Traditional to-do lists will never be enough after time blocking.
