This template supports you with the following:
- Track and schedule swim workouts defined by a number of customizable sets. Each set consists of an arbitrary number of swim exercises (e.g. 1x200m freestyle).
- Choosing from a predefined collection of swim exercises (that can be easily extended)
- Setting goals for a season that define where you want to improve (e.g. improve butterfly technique or getting faster in freestyle).
- Defining competitions in seasons where you can track your times.
The template contains a dashboard which gives a quick overview on the current season and the defined goals you want to achieve, the next planned workout and the next competition.
