Stories and tasks - two terms everyone who has worked with scrum is custom to. This template aims to strip down the scrum workflow to its fundamentals, getting rid of story points, estimations and epics, with the aim to provide a fluent and simple workflow to create and manage tasks. The main goal of this setup is to allow for easy multi-level sub-tasking, encapsulated by a singe story.
