Hearst Media's projects

When tech teams collaborate, they’re probably doing work across different tools. That means information becomes siloed in those tools, or worse, in the heads of team managers.

So Hearst Media’s product, design, and engineering teams use Notion as their single source of truth for projects. Each project has its own Notion database, often as a board. That board is made of tasks that contain the latest updates. If design has a mockup in Figma or engineering has a pull request in GitHub, they’ll embed these files right in Notion pages.
