About this template
Future You (”FY”) is a Turning 30 coaching tool to enable you to create a clear vision of your future-self that you can work towards. Use this template to walk yourself through the FY exercise and get a clearer picture of how your 2024 self is going to think, feel and act. You can also set goals to focus on what she will achieve in the next 12 months. In the template I have already inserted some examples as inspiration for your answers- feel free to delete and edit them so that this exercise is personal to the authentic version of FY.
