This template surfaces Quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) as a gallery view with checkboxes for Mon - Sun. This allows you to track your Key Results without worrying about missing a day. You can always catch up before the end of the week.

- The checkboxes trigger an Edit Table automation that adds a Key Result relation to daily entries in the Days Database (filtered by ‘This Week’ and the Day of the Week). The entry for the day must exist before the checkbox will properly run the automation. I have included a button below that will create a new entry in the Days Database with all the necessary relations.

- Because the filter works based on ‘This Week,’ you must complete all your entries before the end of the day on Saturday of the current week. If you check things off on Sunday morning, they will attempt to assign to the new week.

- You will need to clear all the checkboxes at the end of the week. I have also provided a button for this purpose.

- If things get muffed up or you prefer the manual method, you can always add the appropriate relations for a given day to the Days database entry. That is what all the reporting is ultimately based on.

The Key Result Status reports completions for the Week and Month. All of this information is drawn from the Days database. You can duplicate and modify the formulas to make a Quarterly status as well.

- The Week Status is simply the number of Relation Entries in the Days Database where This Week is “True” vs. the Target Goal per Week value.

- This Week vs Last is the same calculation done on Relation Entries in the Days Database where Last Week is “True” and compared to the current week.

- Since Month is a discrete calendar unit, unlike Week, I divided the Target Goal by Week by 7 and then multiplied by the Number of Days in the Month to get a Month Target Value. The This Month vs Last calculation does the same thing for Last Month.
