HOW TO USE THIS TRACKER?
- Open Items — PM To view all open issues and plan their releases
- Prod Issues — QA To ADD new issues found in PROD system
- Prod Issues: Overview — QA To view the overall status of items and find the ones to retest and mark as closed
- Pre-Release Issues — QA To ADD new issues found while doing QA of new app version before release
- Pre-Release Issues: Overview — QA To view the overall status of items and find the ones to retest and mark as closed
- Support Issues — Support team To ADD new issues when customers report them
- Support Issue: Overview — Support team To view the overall status of items to report back to users and mark the tickets as closed
