This one speaks for itself - many great Stoics like Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Seneca and even Plato were writers and practiced it daily.
Exertion
Not only the the mind must be tended to in the mornings - the body must too with physical activity.
Reception
When you wake, you might not be ready to receive. When you follow the Stoic Mornings routine, you will learn how to become better.
Visioning
Or said in Stoic: Meditating on bad things. Fate almost never goes our way - so what else can we do but prepare?
