This template is useful for tech triads that want to provide a useful artifact to key stakeholders on a monthly basis.
Typically, the squad leaders (product, design, engineering) - fill out the content on a monthly basis, send ahead to stakeholders for review / comment 24-48 hours in advance and then have a dedicated live meeting to go through the content together with a focus on key questions / decision points that may have come up from the pre-read
