Wenn du mehrere Notion-Konten nutzt, kannst du Inhalte verschieben. Hier zeigen wir dir, wie das funktioniert 📦
Hinweis: Diese Funktion ist nicht für die Zusammenführung mehrerer Workspaces gedacht.
Alle übertragenen Inhalte werden im neuen Workspace dupliziert. Dabei kann es zu den folgenden Komplikationen kommen:
Fehlerhafte Übertragung von Berechtigungseinstellungen; in diesem Fall haben andere Personen im Workspace keinen Zugriff auf die neue Seite.
Probleme mit Verweisen (synchronisierte Blöcke, Verknüpfungen, Erwähnungen etc.) auf Seiten im alten Workspace.
Fehlerhafte Übertragung des Seitenverlaufs.
Aus diesen Gründen raten wir davon ab, das Tool zur Zusammenführung von Workspaces oder zur Übertragung von Seiten mit einer hohen Anzahl an Berechtigungen oder Verweisen zu verwenden.
Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir, die jeweilige Originalseite beizubehalten, bis du sichergestellt hast, dass der duplizierte Inhalt wie gewünscht funktioniert.

Tip: If you own multiple email addresses and one is not currently associated with a Notion account, you can easily change the email of your existing Notion account to the available address in Settings & Members → My account.
Melde dich in unserer Web- oder Desktop-App mit
Konto Aan.Erstelle eine neue Seite, indem du in der linken Seitenleiste unten auf
+ Neue Seitegehst.Führe alle Seiten unter einer Hauptseite zusammen. Dazu ziehst du die einzelnen Seiten per Drag-and-Drop in die neue Seite, die du in der linken Seitenleiste erstellt hast.
Klicke in der Hauptseite oben rechts auf
Freigabeund dann aufPerson einladen. Nun wird die die Seite für die mitKonto Bverknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse mit Vollzugriff freigegeben.Melde dich über das Workspace-Menü oben links aus
Konto Aab.Nun meldest du dich in
Konto Ban.Klicke oben links auf die Workspace-Auswahl. Jetzt wird die zuvor über
Konto Afreigegebene Hauptseite angezeigt.
Dort markierst du alle Unterseiten und klickst den Block-Ziehpunkt
⋮⋮an. Anschließend gehst du aufVerschieben nachSuche nach dem Worksapce, in den du die Unterseiten verschieben möchtest, und wähle ihn aus. Hinweis: Man kann nur Unterseiten, aber keine Hauptseiten verschieben.

I tried changing my email address but got an error message saying: "A user with this email already exists.
If you'd like to change your account email to one that already exists within Notion, you can log into the account that holds the email you want and delete that account to free up that email address.
To delete the account, go to Settings & Members in the left sidebar, then My Account, then Delete My Account.
Then log into your current account, and go to Settings & Members, then My Account, and select Change email. You should be able to switch to the freed up email address.
I can't seem to invite another account to my page.
You may have enabled the Disable guests feature. You can find it in the Security & identity section of Settings & Members in your sidebar.
I can't find any workspaces in the Move to menu.
