Workspace exportieren

Deine Notion-Daten werden in der Cloud gesichert. Wenn du aus Sicherheitsgründen lokale Kopien erstellen möchtest, kannst du aber auch alle Daten auf einmal exportieren. Mit der Exportfunktion kannst du alle Seiten im HTML-, Markdown- oder (im Falle von Datenbanken) im CSV-Format und sämtliche hochgeladenen Dateien und Bilder herunterladen.

If you're on a Business Plan or Enterprise Plan, you can also export your entire workspace to PDF, which can be helpful for legal and compliance backups.

  • Go to Settings & members at the top of your left-hand sidebar. Select Settings in the sidebar of that window.

  • Scrolle nach unten und klicke auf Gesamten Workspace-Inhalt exportieren.

  • Du erhältst eine E-Mail mit einem Link, über den deu deine Datei(en) herunterladen kannst. Dieser Link läuft nach 7 Tagen ab.

Gelöschte Dateien wiederherstellen

Dein Papierkorb dient als Archiv, aus dem du gelöschte Seiten ganz einfach wiederherstellen kannst.

  • Um Seiten wiederherzustellen, öffne den Papierkorb, suche die gewünschte Seite heraus und klicke auf das Pfeilsymbol, das neben der Seite angezeigt wird. Nun wird deine Seite dort wiederhergestellt, wo sie gelöscht wurde.

  • Klicke auf einer Notion-Seite oben rechts das •••-Menü an. Gehe dann auf Seitenverlauf.

  • Um nur bestimmte Inhaltsblöcke einer früheren Version wiederherzustellen, klicke auf den entsprechenden Snapshot, kopiere die jeweiligen Blöcke mit der Tastenkombination Cmd/Strg + c und füge sie dann in die aktuelle Seite ein.

  • Du kannst frühere Versionen auch komplett wiederherstellen und in die aktuelle Seitenversion umwandeln. Klicke dazu einfach die blaue Schaltfläche Version wiederherstellen an.

Versehentlich gelöschte Inhalte

Missgeschicke können immer mal wieder passieren. Wenn du versehentlich eine Seite, einen Workspace oder sogar dein Benutzerkonto gelöscht hast, können wir dir weiterhelfen. In unserer Datenbank legen wir Sicherheitskopien ab. So können wir bei Bedarf Snapshots deiner Inhalte aus den letzten 30 Tage wiederherstellen.

  • Um uns eine Nachricht über Notion zukommen zu lassen, klicke in der Desktopversion unten rechts auf das ? (Mobilversion: in der Seitenleiste).

  • Du kannst uns auch per E-Mail unter [email protected] erreichen.

FAQs

I tried clicking the Export all workspace content button but received an error message.

Oof, so sorry about this 😓 For particularly large workspaces, the Export all workspace content function may have some trouble completing the export. We're investigating this issue and hope to have a resolution soon.

As a temporary workaround for this issue, you can export in smaller batches:

  1. Navigate to a top-level page in your workspace

  2. Click the ••• button at the top right of the page, then click Export (you may not see this option if you're not an admin in the workspace)

  3. Choose Markdown & CSV or HTML as the export format, and turn on the Include subpages toggle

  4. Repeat for any other important top-level pages in the workspace that you'd like to have a backup of

Is there a way to schedule automatic backups?

How can I migrate all my Notion content to a different account?

Note: Any migrated content will be duplicated to the new workspace and these pages sometimes have issues. For more information, click here.

  1. Log into the account that has the workspace.

  2. Consolidate all of your pages under one top-level page there.

  3. Share this page with full access to the email address of the destination account.

  4. Log into the destination account and navigate to the workspace switcher.

  5. Access that shared top-level page.

  6. Select all the sub-pages, click the ⋮⋮ icon and select Move To. (Note: you can only move sub-pages, you will not be able to move the top-level page.)

  7. Select the destination workspace.

  8. Voila! Your content has a new home ✨

Wie leere ich den Papierkorb?

Der Papierkorb kann nicht komplett geleert werden. Er funktioniert eher wie ein Archiv, in dem du gelöschte Inhalte suchen und wiederherstellen kannst. Einzelne Seiten kannst du aber durchaus dauerhaft aus dem Papierkorb entfernen.
