Sick Days
If you're sick, don't come to work. Stay home, get better (and don't get others sick!)
- You are allocated 12 sick days per year.
- Log your sick days in Keka.
- Update your Slack status so people who might need your help know.
- Partner with your manager and others to coordinate the days you'll be out
Leave Policy
We want people to take time off to rest and rejuvenate. Your current leave policy will carry forward in 2022. Please see details here:
- Sick Leave: 12 days per year
- Casual Leave: 12 days per year
- Privilege Leave: 15 days per year
Parental/Family Leave
Notion offers new parents leave at 100% pay to spend quality time with family!
- How long is parental leave?
- Maternity leave: 26 weeks
- Paternity Leave: 4 weeks
Compassionate Leave
- We believe employees should have access to paid time off for pivotal life events that may fall outside of traditional leaves. Full-time employees can take up to 10 days of paid leave in a rolling 6-month period for any of these qualifying leave reasons:
