Cron calendar lets you join and create secured Zoom meetings with a single click. This document describes how you integrate your Zoom account with your Cron account. The first time you add Zoom to an event within Cron, you see "Connect Zoom":

Alternatively, you can connect Zoom in Cron Settings > Account > Integrations > Zoom.

Cron is verified by Zoom. We carefully chose the scope of requested access to the minimum and we never see your Zoom password. The following permissions are required for you to connect your account and add Zoom meetings to events:

When your browser opens, ensure you're signed in with the Zoom account (top right) you want to use with Cron.

Configure/Disconnect Zoom from Cron

Cron uses the Zoom settings you configure in your Zoom Profile Settings. You can configure, disconnect, and reconnect your Zoom account in Settings > Account > Integrations > Zoom.

If you uninstall Cron from the installed apps on the Zoom Marketplace website, we follow Zoom's deauthorization and data compliance guidelines.

Personal Meeting ID (PMI) and passcode settings

If you have "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting" enabled in your Zoom Profile Settings, Cron will use your configured stable PMI and passcode when adding a Zoom link to a meeting. If this setting is off, Cron will protect your Zoom calls with a secure, one-time PIN and include it in the meeting for you and participants to join with a single click. Cron generates these PINs according to your Zoom admin's passcode complexity requirements.

If you see this message when joining a Zoom call that you're hosting, ensure you're logged in to the Zoom app with the correct Zoom account. If the problem persists, disconnect and reconnect your Zoom account in Cron Settings > Account > Integrations > Zoom and remove and re-add Zoom to the meeting in Cron. If that doesn't solve it, reach out to us.
